WHY ME?

I’ve been an athlete since the age of seven, competing in football and hockey until injuries forced me off the field. Instead of quitting, I rebuilt my body through structured strength training and disciplined nutrition.

After a major knee injury, a year of rehab, and multiple concussions that ended my playing career, my perspective on training changed. Longevity became non-negotiable. Training hard only matters if you can keep training.

Today, I’m an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutritionist helping former athletes and driven men rebuild their bodies, regain strength, and feel younger without breaking themselves down again. I coach with long-term health as the priority, using intelligent intensity rather than reckless training.

Every client receives individualized programming based on their history, goals, and recovery capacity, with consistent check-ins and ongoing adjustments as the body adapts.
